I would highly recommend Kenneth if you need help with any traffic case - he truly goes above and beyond for his clients!! Not only did he get my red light ticket dismissed... months later when I overslept my alarm and missed my court trial for another ticket, he stepped in for me because he had reco...gnized my name and got my ticket reduced when he wasn't even my lawyer... AMAZING!!!! Mr. Hallum is a one of a kind attorney in my opinion. I have had alot of traffic encounters with law enforcement in the Bay Area and have attorneys up here, but as I ended up getting cited in SB... needless to say I didn't know what to do as I had no trusted attorney down there. Did some resea...rch and found Mr. Hallum and decided to give him a call (I'm very picky with the professionals I work with as situations like this could ultimately effect my way of life). Mr. Hallum was thorough in explaining the legal process while still being patient as terminology could be overwhelming. He dumbed it down in a sense, but was very patient and understanding. I decided to hire Mr. Hallum and every step of the way he was informative of the case. He was sure to set the right expectations while narrowing down opportunities and angles to have the case be dismissed. I reached out to Ken Hallum regarding a traffic citation I had received. Due to the circumstances that led to my citation, I wasn't sure if it would be worth taking the matter to court and wanted an expert opinion. I filled out the contact form on his website, immediately received an email and respo...nded with a summary of the incident, along with a video from the camera on board my motorcycle. Ken sent me a message within a couple hours and let me know he would review the case and get back to me. We scheduled a call a couple days out and he was able to provide me with constructive feedback on how to handle my citation (as well as what not to do). Ken was amiable and honest, providing me with favorable options, should I attempt to contest my citation. Although he advised me that it would be in my best interest to take the traffic school route, I'm very appreciative of his time in reviewing my case. No one likes receiving traffic ticket, but it does happen and sometimes it's helpful to receive an expert opinion, such as Ken's. I'll most likely need legal representation again at some point due to my two wheeled endeavors and the inability to not "poke the bear".
