I reached out to Ken Hallum regarding a traffic citation I had received. Due to the circumstances that led to my citation, I wasn't sure if it would be worth taking the matter to court and wanted an expert opinion. I filled out the contact form on his website, immediately received an email and respo...nded with a summary of the incident, along with a video from the camera on board my motorcycle.
