I want to thank Diane and her team for all the respect they gave me during my bankruptcy! I felt horrible I could not manage it myself, but they made me feel that I did what I could do.. and I needed their help desperately. I was under a tight time limit of two weeks to stop social security.. and they made it happen. They were supportive, answered all
My dumb questions.. and they gave great advice. They even got my Tax return back. I just wanted to say thank you for all the help.. Thank you patty for taking all my questions. You all are great and would recommend you to anyone that finds themselves in a position they can’t handle on their own . Thank you for the respect! All all the respect back at you!
Diane is very forthcoming and knowledgeable of what the right strategy is to resolve the case with the least worry. Very personable and focused on the agenda.
I mentor with an attorney that has been doing bankruptcy for 34 years. Because of what is happening right now in the economy, I believe I can help folks get through filing a bankruptcy without feeling like a failure.
California is a no contest state, which, means you can get a divorce for any reason. I am not "pro" divorce or trying to split families apart. I try to assist people with the complicated paperwork to obtain a divorce. Many times couples have gotten back together because I don't believe people get married to get divorced.
I assist people filing and obtaining a guardianship
16 years, 5 cases
Hi! I have been an attorney for a decade now. Amazing how time flies by! I practise in the areas that I have had a personal experience in - namely Estate Planning, Bankruptcy and Divorce. In my life it happened in that order - my Mother died in a plane crash when I was 12, my husband and I filed a bankruptcy in 1995 after our business failed and subsequently we got a divorce. A lot of things lead to a bankruptcy and a divorce is one of them. Loss of a bussiness or a job is another. And when people have high medical that can also lead to a bankruptcy. Divorce and bankruptcy are not on anyone's "bucket list" but life happens. I try to help people navigate through the paperwork so they can come out on the other side and enjoy life again.
In my Estate Planning practise I draft wills and trust packages. At the end of the day everyone needs at least a will. Even if your estate isn't large enough to require a probate, your will directs who gets "your stuff" - and at the end of the day - it is all just stuff! I enjoy this side of my practise because I give people a tangible product when we are done!
I look forward to meeting you and seeing if I can help you!

Child custody Attorney | Apr 07
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Diane and I worked together on a custody case wherein she represented the minor child and I represented one of the parents. Although Diane is relatively new to the legal profession, her experiences in the "real" world and as a parent give her a welcome depth of perspective unusual for new attorneys. Diane worked energetically, creatively, and timely to bring about a well reasoned resolution of a difficult matter."
