DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY - They will promise you a certain timeline and then do absolutely nothing to move the needle forward on your case. I hired David to take my divorce the final mile - he said he'd serve financial disclosures and draft something for the judge and explicitly stated that would ta...ke about 2 weeks and that I'd be divorced in about 6 weeks. From that conversation, I hired his firm same day and time (he literally forwarded me to have someone collect payment which is the efficient I've seen the office perform to date) and paid in full on 9/17/2025...it is now 11/13/2025 with NO PROGRESS. They have not served either me or my ex-spouse or provided with any update whatsoever unless it's literally demanded after weeks of ignoring me. I emailed on 10/8 asking for an update, heard back on 10/15 then nothing again until 11/4. I have been consistently met with silence and lack of action. This is fraud. I called on 9/15, 10/31, 11/4, 11/11 and 11/12 - No one has EVER called me back. I already filed a complaint with the State Bar of California. I hired Atty Foyil to serve as my divorce lawyer in February 2022 after my husband walked out from our matrimonial home. He has yet to show any results from all the money he has received. I am in a financial bind and he is taking too long for all the steps to be done. His staff never seem to reall...y understand me and I have called and left emails so many tines without any follow up or quick action or answers to my concerns.
