Replied last January 20, 2017Yes you were mistaken this is a general question and answer website. Just like web md is a general answer and question website. The doctors can not diagnose a medical condition without a patient-doctor relationship. Just like your complicated legal issue (sorry for the misery) can not be resolved by answers on a website.
