Biography
With over a decade of criminal law experience, I enjoy finding solutions to tough legal problems that my clients are facing. Whether you are facing a first time OWI or have to deal with a more serious offense, I can help you to determine the best course of action for your case. I have experience as both a defense attorney and a prior prosecutor. Since leaving the prosecutor's office in 2009, I have developed a private practice that works on helping clients minimize the impact that a criminal case can have on their life. Additionally, I work with clients to fix past driving mistakes to help them be able to drive legally for the first time in a long time. I also work with clients that have done their time and have moved on from their mistakes and want a fresh start with the help of Indiana's expungement laws.

Traffic Court made easy
I was issued a speeding ticket when I wasn't even speeding on I-80/90 near South Bend, IN. I called Jeff Haupt after finding his web site and being refered by ARAG (my legal insurance). Efficient & Easy to Work With
Mr. Haupt helped me collect money owed to me by an insurance company. I was given the run-around by them for months, and with one letter, he had the matter resolved in my favor. I have also had him help me draft and review contracts for my music business.
