George Dimitrov is probably the best attorney I've ever dealt with (and I was married to one)...

I first met George through the recommendation of another attorney, in approximately November of 2012 or so. At the time, I was overwhelmed with the foreclosure that was imminent, as well as from the large number of creditors I had. I had tried Chapter 13 bankruptcy, but couldn't handle the trustee ...payments as well as my mortgage (Ch. 13 was through another attorney). When I first contacted George, my goal was to file Chapter 7 and also to get to stay in my house as long as possible before it was repossessed. Without going into details, George did everything possible to keep me in my house until the last month...and, even better, he then convinced me to try to work with my mortgage company (again--for about a 3rd time) to refinance my mortgage. I had figured this was a wasted effort. However, I followed his advice, and miraculously, my mortgage company refinanced me. And, originally I had an adj. rate mortgage. By refinancing, I now have a 30 year fixed mtge at a reasonable 4%. I did file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and George made it painless for me. When I had to appear before the Trustee, he forewarned me, "Don't be worried. I'll be there waiting for you." And he was! Throughout the entire bankruptcy process, including some financial matters that have arisen since, I really felt like I needed to pay him more than our initial agreement. I cannot remember ever having a feeling that I was taking advantage of an attorney before--usually it's the other way around. I cannot emphasize enough how much I would recommend George Dimitrov. I went from never answering the telephone or doorbell, and being really depressed, to feeling really good about my financial future. And, I am SO happy that I got to stay in my house. I just really wish that his practice covered more legal issues than bankruptcies. And, I might add that one of Mr. Dimitrov's paralegals, Devon Barclay, is a treasure.
