Helpful and Quick

Mr. Lundy was able to get this done in a timeline and succesful manner. His fee was good and my prior lawyer was unable to do it.

Terrible Customer Service.

This is probably the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. I was referred to them to do a QDRO and I tried to call them and was told to email them information. I provided some information and ask to be able to speak to someone and all I kep getting back was emails telling me to ask v...ia email. I was told that I could not speak to anyone until I provided them with personal information like my SSN and DOB... etc. I was then told very blountly to " Take your business elsewhere"

Worst Communication and Customer Service

As someone who is professional working in a law firm, the service and communication we received from Matthew and his paralegal was astoundingly disappointing. Unfriendly, uncommunicative, not timely, short, no explanations or streamlined processes, and by the end, rude. We both paid the fee and after... more than a week, the paralegal told us she hadn't gotten payment (she had). Then they continued to ask for a form from us, and we continued to send it, and then would say "no not that, this" without any further guidance. When I pointed out that the level of care and attention we were getting was subpar, they refunded our payments (so they HAD gotten it, isn't that curious), and said we need to find someone else to work with. After wasting two months of our time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, communicative attorney to help with your division of retirement assets- Matthew Lundy is the opposite of what you need.

Two Plans

Mr Lundy completed two QDROS for us. We did not use attorneys in our divorce and it was pretty seemless. We were satisfied with the result and would recommend him to others.

Consultation

I spoke to Matt for 45 minutes about how to value my FRS pension. It was extremely elucidating to learn about the different option available.
