Biography

Adam focuses his legal practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession and tax planning, representing individuals, closely-held entities and tax-exempt organizations. Adam enjoys working with clients to design and implement strategies that meet their specific planning objectives in the most efficient manner possible.
Adam graduated from Dartmouth College in 2003 and went on to receive his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2006, where he served as an editor of the American Criminal Law Review. After working at a large law firm in New York City for several years, Adam returned to school and earned his Masters of Legal Letters (LL.M) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. Adam has worked for both large and mid-sized law firms in New York and Florida.
Adam is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Tax Law Sections. He is also admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Tax Court. Adam currently lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wife, Amy, and his two children.
