Phone Consult

Just spoke to him. Charged for 30 minute call. Saved me thousands of dollars. Third lawyer I spoke to but only one who easily made sense

Used him Twice

We hired him in the middle and the end of the case. Good work and would recommend to others in a similar situation.

Qdro

We Hired them from a referral from the attorney that helped us with our divorce litigation . They are very full of themselves but not very effective in this area. I was forced to make phone calls and provide Matt Lundy’s office with the proper contacts after months gone by. I was told they were waiti...ng for a response from the 401k provider. When in actuality they did not even contact proper party handling it. When they finely did after I provided that information they sent documents not signed by court (divorce agreement) nor did they have the court ordered Qdro signed until that day. Thankfully the judge signed immediately. Almost 900$ For that service is not fair. I emailed them because that is the only way you are allowed to Correspond with them. My ex wife finally received the funds and I gave them an opportunity to respond, which of course they did not. Please do yourself a favor hire someone one else. Also Google that person if I had I would have never hired them. A stressful Situation made worse.

Fixed military order

My husband tried to do his military pension himself. Took him a year and he got nowhere. Hired Lundy. It was smooth and got done in 90 days.

Qdro chaos

I hired Mr. Lundy to complete the qdro. Took considerable time to ready the docs to send in. I wasn't happy with the lack of communication. To even contact him e-mail is it unless you want to fork over more money to have him pick up the phone and have a brief chat to answer a question 1 on 1.
