My impression: Competent family law attorney. A class act.
The overall results from Mr. Jette were pretty darn good. I came to him with an impossible legal situation. He secured a good mediation agreement. Mr. Jette was stellar in aspects of the case having to do with family law. There were other, truly horrendous aspects of the case involving my child, her mother, and the other attorney. He didn't excel in discovering those matters. For family law matters involving typical issues such as custody, child support, parental responsibility, etc., you won't do better than Chris Jette. We did not go to trial, so I can not comment on Mr. Jette in a trial. He takes the high road in custody cases. No drama. No nonsense. I would think judges respect that. Good guy and competent as a family law attorney. Not particularly versatile, in my opinion, in other areas of the law. For 99.9% of family law clients, he wouldn't need to be.
Christopher R. Jette, formerly of the Law Offices of Goldstein & Jette, P.A., joined the law firm Eisenberg & Fouts, P.A., as a Partner and Shareholder in February, 2019. His practice serves the entire Palm Beach, Martin and Broward County areas. Mr. Jette is a native Floridian, born in West Palm Beach, and practices in all areas of Martial and Family Law. Mr. Jette graduated from Auburn University, in Alabama in 1993 with a dual major in Political Science and Spanish. He then obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Jette’s legal career started out in the Office of the State Attorney where he prosecuted and tried numerous criminal cases in the traffic crime, misdemeanor, and felony trial divisions under State Attorney, Barry Krischer. Mr. Jette left the Office of the State Attorney for private practice in 2000, and has practiced in the Marital and Family Law area ever since.
Mr. Jette is a member of The Florida Bar, Family Law Section, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and an Emeritus Member of the Craig Barnard American Inns of Court. In 2005, Mr. Jette recognized and awarded the Pro Bono Criminal Law Award by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc.
Mr. Jette is married, with three children and he actively practices the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do under Grand Master Chu Young Lee of Lee’s Tae Kwon Academy.
My impression: Competent family law attorney. A class act.

"I have known Chris for at least 7 years as a result of having him as the attorney on the other side in a number of family cases. I have tried cases against him. His knowledge of family law is very impressive and his courtroom skills are excellent. I have to be very well prepared when trying a case against him because he is so very competent. But more than that, he cares a great deal about his clients and the very real problems they face in a divorce or paternity case. He is a very honorable man and a credit to the Palm Beach County Bar. If I could not handle a case for some reason, I would refer the case to Chris without reservation. You are well served retaining this fine lawyer."
