I retained Attorney David C. Lee of Knoxville, TN in Apr. 2017. For an agreed upon fee which I paid in full he agreed 1) to provide notice and a hipaa release to defendants in a medical malpractice case for me, 2) provide me with the cert. Replied last July 01, 2018Sadly, this person is the type of person who takes issue with each and every person with whom he has contact. Notice it’s an anonymous posting. He wanted to sue each every medical professional involved in the underlying case, including the medical records custodial. Our society has devolved into subcultures of folks who cannot accept that bad things sometimes happen without anyone’s fault. Going the extra mile for such people isn’t recognized as a favor, but as an obligation. This person wouldn’t even sit down with so that I could attempt further assistance for their legal matter. No lawyer would help him as his deadline approached. Why? Because his case was so weak.
