We used Mr. Bevins in 2012, it was always difficult to get in touch with him with a question, or concern. He failed to include my vehicle in the things to not be included in the bankruptcy. So after it was done, there was no reporting to the credit bureau and they could just come get my vehicle at an...y point if they wanted to despite paying for it. When I questioned him about it, he became rude, and would not accept any responsibility for it. He failed to file for our discharge for several months past the time it should have been done. Now it is 4 years later, and I needed a copy of something that he NEVER mailed to us, and I cannot reach him, he will not return a call, email, nothing. I have had to spend $70 for a form due to the fact he is unreliable, and cannot return messages. With the amount of attorneys that are out there, you will certainly be better suited skipping this one.
