M. Robert Perez III

I have a broad background and extensive experience in corporate management, aviation, tax services and law.  For nearly 10 years, I worked in management at AT&T and Telcordia Technologies in a variety of roles, including the oversight of FCC tariff filings, contracts administration, management consulting, and financial control of large international projects.

A lifelong passion for aviation drove me to earn my pilot’s license while still in college, and eventually my Flight Instructor and Airline Transport Pilot certificates.  I have several years of experience as a pilot (captain) at a national airline, and have served on the contract negotiating committee of its pilots’ union, the Air Line Pilots Association, International.

I created Perez Law Office, PLLC to deliver high-quality, convenient, affordable legal services to clients throughout the State of Texas utilizing the power of the Internet.  This “virtual law office” enables me to serve my clients in a cost-effective, flexible manner.  My legal practice is focused primarily on estate planning, family law and small business law. Other practice areas include taxation, aviation law and immigration services.

In addition to my law practice, I own and operate a specialized tax preparation service serving the needs of professional pilots and flight attendants.

An alumnus of Vanderbilt University, I earned my J.D. (Doctor of Law) degree from Emory University School of Law, and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University, Stern School of Business.  I am a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association - Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section.
