Biography
I was practicing in the Birmingham area when the Army mobilized me to help the effort in Iraq. I was an Intelligence Officer in the Army Reserve and they desperately needed Intelligence Officers of my rank. After five years, I told the Army to just place me back on Active Duty and I would finish my 20 years. Then, I can return to my law practice without the fear of the Army calling me back and disrupting things again. I'll be back in practice in 2016. Meanwhile, I'm happy to offer advice to people in need. - David

Great answers!
Gives great information I would recommend consulting with him to any of my friends with questions. His answers will put you at ease. We have a wonderful attorney but sometime you just want a second opinion and he has given it to me everytime. I know that it is sound advice! Sometimes I just get nervo...

Wish he was still practicing!
I would have Mr. Johnson as my attorney if he was practicing right now. The information he gave me was very informative and helpful. He also gave me a bit of advice like he was my friend and not just a stranger/attorney. It helped me legally and a bit emotionally and mentally. Thank you so much.

Excellent
He is a very good attorney, it does not takes him very long to reply back with the very correct answer to my question so how could he not be very smart to be able to come up with the right answer to my question so quickly if he is not very clever ? This should be enough evidence to prove it.

Good Advice
I asked a question about my legality of people using my swimming pool and he answered very knowledgeable and direct. He gave me choices of what I could do and left the decision up to me. He seems to be able to read people by the questions one asks.
