Dana R Hogle

I recently consulted with Dana Hogle in a criminal littering/tresspassing charge from a neighbor. This was a very stressful time for me and Dana not only gave me expert advise on how to respond, he walked me through what to expect and treated me like family. For anyone needing the best criminal... defense advice, Dana should be your first call. 5 stars are not enough to accurately rate how pleased I am. I was able to resolve this matter quickly and at the least cost to my family. Mr. Hogle, I cannot express in words how grateful I am, thank you.

Not happy with this firm, I hired them last year with Mr. Moon an attorney who worked there. He changed my husbands court date and it extended the drama for longer which was unneeded. We had a court hearing before Covid and he never notified my husband that it was changed so he took the time off work... think he was going to court. Me. Moon resigned during the period after he changed the court hearing and Mr. Hogle took the case. He notified my husband that he was taking the fees his ex wife owed out of the retirement, we all know that’s not possible not in a QDRO. Now he made a contract with the other party that we prepaid for and claims we owe more money. Our representation was not good nor was the communication. I have asked for several weeks now to co firm why I owe more money when I prepaid for the whole process. I got no answer just a bill that they tripled since we haven’t paid it. They won’t speak to us or get back to us and it’s costing us more money to retain another attorney to resolve this issue. I am very displeased with these people because they didn’t notify when they cancel and transfer his case. They made an agreement with the other party causing conflict of interest and charged me for her half even though they are getting her half from the retirement. That’s nothing to do with me, I should be getting a refund for the half she owes that I prepaid. It is not my fault Mr. Moon wasted a lot of time causing delays in his case. This is ridiculous and this firm is causing undue hardship on our family and wasted time. My retirement is just sitting there for two years now because of their lack of professionalism. Thanks Hogle for costing me twice as much in retainer fees since you lied to your client and didn’t give us the respect to let us know you made an agreement with the other party without even consulting me. When I emailed them they refuse to contact me or my husband. When we hired Mr. Moon we spoke to him and understood that he would take care of the issue and do it with the intent of my husbands best interest as his client. This was a total conflict of interest and they continue to keep charging me fees when I have to retain another attorney to resolve this issue that should’ve been taken care of by their firm. They are charging me monthly for not paying when I disagree with the charges since I prepaid for the QDRO to begin with. The respondent is responsible for half and they made an agreement with her to pay once she gets the portion of her retirement but they haven’t refunded me for her half that was prepaid but billed me more. I have been to court one time during this issue and paid 3,500 for a QDRO to be done. That is it and they are now charging me 315.00 more on top of that and this agreement they made with her is supposed to be refunded to me as I already paid for that portion. They don’t speak to me and continue to charge me kore each month for not paying and refuse to speak to me or my husband. This will never be resolved until we take them to court.

At times it took longer than I wanted for my calls to be returned, but I get it, he is busy. Overall I am extremely happy I... hired him.

If Dana worked as hard as he did separating me from his fee $6500 plus 25 % as he did on my case I would be fine. Well after he didn't show up for court my first time ever in court. I knew i was in trouble. After I spoke to his less than reassuring staff I realized I made a terrible mistake.... A complete nightmare. Find an Experienced Lawyer and ask for references, not these online love fests. Never pay $6500 up front with no guarantee that your lawyer will even show up for court let alone answer your phone calls ... It would be an honor to prevent anyone from going through what I did. s.
