Dana R Hogle

I got pulled over and charged with "criminal speeding" in Mesa. I can't tell you how mad this made me. I was going to lose my job because I have a CDL,. If I was convicted of this ticket I would be in a world of hurt. Mr. Hogle did a fantastic job and tore the mesa cop apart, and had him backpedalin...g almost the whole time. I did talk to 3 other attorneys before I hired Mr. Hogle, and he was the most expensive but, I could tell that he wouldn't just take my money and not care about the outcome. Taking a chance of hiring an ok attorney was a risk my family couldn't afford.

My assigned public defender did do a thing, but tell me the offer from the prosecutor was the best i will ever get when I got into trouble with my DUI I got in Mesa! 6 years ! After my husband and I interviewed a few attorneys and we could tell that Mr. Hogle was the best fit for my DUI case. He foug...ht hard and did an awesome job, a plea for 4 months.not only did this save my life it saved my families too. He was straight with us from day one.

Dana was quick to collect the relevant information and walk me through what was significant in my situation. I felt I completely understood what I needed to do and what he would be doing. I felt like we worked together to successfully resolve my situation as quickly as possible, with the least amount... of cost and difficulty. Dana was supportive throughout the ordeal. I worked with Dana and Nate, so this review is for both of them. I was arrested in Mesa, and was referred to The Hogle Firm. I was my first offense / charge, and I felt that I was tricked, forced and words twisted while being questioned by the Mesa Police Dept. I was not in the right state of mind... with their intemmidation tactics. I was very scared and already had anxiety, which my doctors know about. The car I was driving wasn't mine, and I was taking a friend to work. I didn't know that this friend of mine had drugs on them. The car got seized for "evidence" I needed help fast, and Dana and Nate where there to help and they helped super quick!
