Avoid at all Costs $6500 Plus 25 Interest
If Dana worked as hard as he did separating me from his fee $6500 plus 25 % as he did on my case I would be fine. Well after he didn't show up for court my first time ever in court. I knew i was in trouble. After I spoke to his less than reassuring staff I realized I made a terrible mistake...
Kevin, per your messages about refunding your money or else you would leave bad reviews we expected your review. You’ve told me your concerns and your issues in person which I respect and appreciate. My staff and I are not always perfect and there is always room to improve. You are a unique man. Your quick wit and sarcasm had my staff friendly and chatty instead of direct and to the point. We have found that most of our clients like to be treated like as a friend and accepted and not judged when accused of a crime and dealing with the stress that comes with that. Your critique of my staff was discussed internally but alas they will continue to be empathetic and kind to our clients for that is the culture and approach we take each client. As far as the court appearances, I am as timely as possible. Many courts run long and I can be a bit tardy at times. I am always in the same courthouse, I am just in-between court rooms. My staff is in constant communication with each client that is waiting on me, updating them with my schedule in the court in real time via text message or by phone. Your feelings of being in court and having your advocate at your side is more than important to me and my firm. You and I were able to achieve a good result with the State and I wish you well with your continued freedom. As far as money goes, you elected to use a third party lending company (a bank) that has terms of interest that me and my firm have no say in. It is an agreement between you and that bank, my firm has no control over. It is as if you used a credit card issued by a bank. My staff and I are saddened that such a good legal result has gone unnoticed. As I said before in our one-on-one discussion, your experience with my staff and myself was welcomed and taken seriously given all clients matter. Again, I wish you the very best and think of your and powerful personality fondly. Dana

flushing money down the toilet
Dana is like hiring a second prosecutor, never returns calls and gets less done than you can do yourself. I suspect he was a prosecutor in mesa municipal court turned lawyer, and still has an allegiance to the court. Get a real lawyer or defend yourself is my advice.

Great attorney with great advice
I met with a lot of attorneys before finally deciding to hire Dana. From the first time I met him at his office for a consultation about my DUI case I could tell that he not only was knowledgeable but yet was honest. So many Of the attorneys I did meet with it seemed only wanted my money and didn't p...

DUI 2nd in 10 yrs and refusal of blood test
I hired Dana Hogle after being involved in an auto accident and being arrested for DUI 2nd in a little over 10 years and I refused to submit to a blood test. I could tell Mr. Hogle would be well prepared to handle my case from the first call I made to the first time I met him for a consultation. When...

Great Representation
I was just a year out of college - and a DUI changed my life. I only spook with one of my peers regarding legal matters, and since she both comes from a family of means and continually complains about how difficult it is to find a competent and responsive lawyer, I knew I had my work cut out for me ...
"Mr. Hogle is a hard attorney to up against. I honestly hate it, being on my side of the table from his as opposing counsel. He is very aggressive and isn't afraid to get in another attorney or Judge's face to make his point. I have seen it before, many times."
"Dana has a brilliant mind for Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. I had the privilege of learning from his mentorship."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Hogle is a zealous advocate for his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all my close friends and clients."
"I've known Dana Hogle for more than a decade. By avoiding the mechanical verbiage and the stiff manners common to many trial attorneys Dana conveys a relaxed, in-control, professionalism. These qualities cannot be taught but they are invaluable in the courtroom. I would recommend Dana Hogle if you need a criminal attorney that can build credibility with a jury."
"Dana has always been the type of person to take care of other first. He has proven this with over a decade of service providing legal help for those who have been charged with a crime. It is a pleasure to work for Dana Hogle, and learn from him."
"Mr. Hogle is a very approachable lawyer. He is very concerned about his clients and his clients love his charisma. I have known Dana for years and he is true to his word."
