Avoid at all Costs $6500 Plus 25 Interest

If Dana worked as hard as he did separating me from his fee $6500 plus 25 % as he did on my case I would be fine. Well after he didn't show up for court my first time ever in court. I knew i was in trouble. After I spoke to his less than reassuring staff I realized I made a terrible mistake.... A complete nightmare. Find an Experienced Lawyer and ask for references, not these online love fests. Never pay $6500 up front with no guarantee that your lawyer will even show up for court let alone answer your phone calls ... It would be an honor to prevent anyone from going through what I did. s. Kevin, per your messages about refunding your money or else you would leave bad reviews we expected your review. You’ve told me your concerns and your issues in person which I respect and appreciate. My staff and I are not always perfect and there is always room to improve. You are a unique man. Your quick wit and sarcasm had my staff friendly and chatty instead of direct and to the point. We have found that most of our clients like to be treated like as a friend and accepted and not judged when accused of a crime and dealing with the stress that comes with that. Your critique of my staff was discussed internally but alas they will continue to be empathetic and kind to our clients for that is the culture and approach we take each client. As far as the court appearances, I am as timely as possible. Many courts run long and I can be a bit tardy at times. I am always in the same courthouse, I am just in-between court rooms. My staff is in constant communication with each client that is waiting on me, updating them with my schedule in the court in real time via text message or by phone. Your feelings of being in court and having your advocate at your side is more than important to me and my firm. You and I were able to achieve a good result with the State and I wish you well with your continued freedom. As far as money goes, you elected to use a third party lending company (a bank) that has terms of interest that me and my firm have no say in. It is an agreement between you and that bank, my firm has no control over. It is as if you used a credit card issued by a bank. My staff and I are saddened that such a good legal result has gone unnoticed. As I said before in our one-on-one discussion, your experience with my staff and myself was welcomed and taken seriously given all clients matter. Again, I wish you the very best and think of your and powerful personality fondly. Dana

flushing money down the toilet

Dana is like hiring a second prosecutor, never returns calls and gets less done than you can do yourself. I suspect he was a prosecutor in mesa municipal court turned lawyer, and still has an allegiance to the court. Get a real lawyer or defend yourself is my advice.

Great attorney with great advice

I met with a lot of attorneys before finally deciding to hire Dana. From the first time I met him at his office for a consultation about my DUI case I could tell that he not only was knowledgeable but yet was honest. So many Of the attorneys I did meet with it seemed only wanted my money and didn't p...articularly care about my case. Dana was straight with me let me know that it was going to be a battle, being that this was my third DUI. I appreciated that, where everyone else was was telling me it wasn't that big of a deal and to just make payments with him to get my case started.

DUI 2nd in 10 yrs and refusal of blood test

I hired Dana Hogle after being involved in an auto accident and being arrested for DUI 2nd in a little over 10 years and I refused to submit to a blood test. I could tell Mr. Hogle would be well prepared to handle my case from the first call I made to the first time I met him for a consultation. When... the time came to go to court Mr. Hogle was in total control with a great attack plan to defend me. He was able to get the refusal dismissed immediately and then continued to fight to have the DUI dismissed as well. He had the commonwealth on its heels so much so the judge asked the Attorney from the City of Mesa if they wanted to plea down to a reckless, when I asked Mr. Battle what we should do he said don't take the plea, and the DUI was also dismissed. He is truly a fantastic lawyer, and worth every dime and then some. I could not recommend Bob enough for whatever criminal issues you may have. He saved my career and put one of the worst times in my life behind me. Hire Mr. Hogle you will not regret it, your life is truly in his hands, so trust the best!

Great Representation

I was just a year out of college - and a DUI changed my life. I only spook with one of my peers regarding legal matters, and since she both comes from a family of means and continually complains about how difficult it is to find a competent and responsive lawyer, I knew I had my work cut out for me ...in order to effectively respond to my DUI issues. After interviewing several firms, I chose to place The Hogle Firm on retainer. I worked primarily with Mr. Hogle, and to some extent Victoria Gutierrez. I was impressed by the responsiveness, energy, and face of the firm. The vast majority of my emails and phone calls were responded to that same day. It's clear the lawyers in this firm enjoy what they're doing, Mr Hogle prepared extensively for the key appearance in the case and brought strong arguments to the table. He presented reasonable arguments which fairly represented my case. Most importantly, at no point did I feel ethically or morally opposed to the logic used in our case, and I certainly can't say the same for the lawyers from the City of Mesa. In the end, the case outcome was impressive and the fee I paid was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend with The Hogle Firm to anyone facing a DUI case.
