Dana R Hogle

A close family member of mine was facing a lot of time in jail and this would cause him to lose his job, kids and everything he loved in life. I decided to help him out and did a ton of research and after I met with mr Hogle I felt it was the best fit for the criminal charges that he was facing. Ther...e were bumps along the way, not all calls were returned the same day, but typically within 24 hours. I guess for me what was the most important was that he really worked hard on the case, and the criminal case was eventually dismissed because of error that he found. I believe that he put a lot of work into the case and am so grateful for everything.

If I could I would give zero stars, worst attorney I've ever met. Doesn't return phone calls or answer jail calls. When sentencing came up, he didn't even know what to say when the judge would ask him questions. Doesn't look up your passed, when he would meet with me he showed up late. I even documen...ts to show the judge and he didn't even show them or let my family talk for my behalf. So much more but rather not continue, so please don't waste your money on this guy. Look for a good attorney that will focus on you and the case.

I was accused of assaulting someone (my ex). The police in Mesa didn't listen at all to my side of the story. I was being charged with aggravated assault. I didn't know what to do.
