Biography
I am a 2007 graduate of BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School, having maintained a sole focus on US Immigration law since 2008. I am experienced in the fields of Naturalization, Lawful Permanent Residency, Removal Defense before Immigration Judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals, Bond Redetermination Hearings for ICE detainees, Immigrant Relief for Victims of Certain Crimes, VAWA, DACA, and non-Immigrant petitions.
While I consider myself a can-do attorney, I am also very quick to assess whether pursuing relief presents a legal liablity for the client and whether it is worthwhile to proceed.
My strengths as an attorney lie in crafting persuasive briefs, appeals, petitions, and arguments before immigration judges, appelate panels, ICE field officers, and USCIS officers in order to obtain the best possible result for my clients.

Replied last November 21, 2023This is not remotely true. USCIS error caused them to not send me a document that required a response. I brought this to USCIS' attention and they remedied the situation, but not before this guy entered our office screaming and threatening office staff. I asked him to leave and fired him as a client for his behavior. He has gone around leaving little negative reviews here and there, but no lawsuit yet. :)

Very smart attorney
