I look back at my 'shot' at custody and it makes me ILL. My former wife [now w/ husband # 5] I think is still w/ her partner #5. I hired Tiffany after meeting her, not knowing much about her. She sold herself as a strong woman and good attorney. After looking at her Reviews I never thought that ...it would go like it did. In regard to my ex-wife's pricier attorney, Tiffany made a 'Big- Deal' of him in confidence to me, saying that he is so great and she got to hear him speak at this dinner [or whatever it was] engagement, so when it came time to Fight the other side... I was Armed w/ a googly-eyed Jr High Girl. I was reading the Disaster that the Deposition was, and of course $800.00 dollars please. A recorded session that allowed my truth-handicapped ex-wife to blather on & on about anything and everything unchecked and apparently un-objected to by my so called counsel. Tiffany then informs my ex-wife of something that has ZERO to do w/ her or the case! Nothing at all that will ever help us, but Tiffany goes with it anyway! She tells the ex, that my sister has passed away and my ex had started a fight w/ my sister [right before & after the seperation], just as she has done w/ multiple family members, in every marriage she has been in, according to other former husbands. This does not even count the boyfriends of hers. So my ex would think it's a victory, that my sis' is gone now. A good sister and loving Aunt to my son. There were other things in the Deposition that Tiffany, could not and did not handle, probably due to google-eyes on Michael, my ex's lawyer. The trouble is... is that if there is someone else in the room w/ my ex- beside her lawyer you can 'Counter' so much of what she sez and catch her in her 'Lies' . At one point I am informed that Tiffany has sent the wrong documents to the opposing side, then blames her office staff! I was aware of her renting a conf. room when she had to speak to a client, not an office w/ official staff. I was seeking visitation of even shared custody. as it should be. There is no abuse from me to my son and we all know this Fact. As a matter of fact, one 'Fact' that was never even entered into the record, by my [strong?] lawyer, [my wife at that time circa 2009] a testimony that I have on video/dvd of my now ex-wife stating in front of my son at his 3rd B-Day Lunch, 'What a Good and caring father I am to my son..." right before she [my ex] broke up the marriage and the family in 2009. She told it, without stuttering or stammering. My lawyer never countered my ex in court lying about the number of times that my ex has been married. Of such the 1st marriage was to help a Canadian man get a Green card [Fraud]. He was already w/ a woman who he was ready to marry, even before he met my ex-wife then. I [still] have the video/dvd footage of them in his house, before their contract ended. There is much more in this, Tiffany did give me advice on how to act in from of the judge. It is just that at that time in my life, everything (Lies & attacks-losing my family) felt excruciating!! I still have not seen my own son since the 2019 court case. My former suffers w/ but does not take 'Meds' for Bi-Polar condition. I have heard other horror stories from people in divorces and all-of-a-sudden the husband or wife is an abuser etc, etc,. When the Truth is the other spouse is lying to get unearned traction in the custody case. More Drama. Not always, but way too much anymore. In all of this I never felt as though Tiffany gave a 'crap' about me, my son and my family friend there for support as my parents could not be, due to my dad's 'health issues'. I fired Tiffany as I saw other things that disturbed me about her performance/perspective and so on and so on. I lost the case. My heart was shredded. My ex has 3 children from 3 different men.

Tiffany is a terrific legal advocate. She knows the law, but more importantly, she knows the judges and how to negotiate. She is realistic in how a settlement can be reached, knowing quick justice is the goal, not drawn-out battles that serve no one but billable hours and inflated egos. In my prof...essional life, I've had lawyers on retainer from around the country. Without question, Tiffany is amongst the very best. She is busy but always accommodating to a client's needs. Her billings are fair - you get what you pay for. Without question, I would recommend her to a friend or family member...in fact, I already have.
