He began by outlining depositions and filing at the office. By the time he began law school he had assisted in 15 jury trials, by reading depositions, preparing exhibits and assisting witnesses in coming to trial. As a third year law student he served as a public defender and won a motion to suppress against the Clark County Police by appealing an adverse decision to the District Court. He won his first criminal case at the preliminary hearing stage. He is actively involved in motion practice and has already been to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals case in which he co-authored the winning appeal for a client who had her civil rights violated by the police. He also assisted me in a Reno Nevada case in which we obtained a 2 million dollar verdict."
