About Joshua
Biography
Joshua practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. He obtained his B.S. in Business Administration at UNLV, and went on to graduate from William S. Boyd School of Law. He obtained his Nevada Bar License several months later, and opened up his own law firm and tenaciously began defending those accused of committing crimes while working with other local firms on their civil and criminal cases. His affordable prices and aggressive approach to criminal defense quickly escalated his reputation as an effective and capable attorney.
A year after opening his solo practice, Joshua merged his practice with Thomas Boley, and began practicing more heavily in the area of personal injury, while still maintaining a firm foothold in the law firm's criminal cases.
Almost exactly two years after setting out as a solo attorney, Joshua's law firm added a third partner, Richard Hawkins, a veteran in the areas of Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Business Law.
