Craig Anderson is a shareholder at Marquis Aurbach and is co-chair of the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on civil rights defense and serious personal injury claims including wrongful death and premises liability. Mr. Anderson has extensive trial experience having tried more than 30 jury trials in both federal and state court. He has obtained defense verdicts in cases involving police shootings, wrongful deaths, and medical malpractice. Mr. Anderson has also resolved many cases in his client’s favor through motion practice, having obtained summary judgment for his clients in over 50 cases. Finally, Mr. Anderson has argued over 15 appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has argued in front of the Nevada Supreme Court.
Mr. Anderson was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1999 and joined Marquis Aurbach in 2001. In his spare time, Mr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his wife, Lanta, and their children. His other interests include working out.
