I made an account just to write this review because I'm incredibly grateful to know Marc. So others in the future in need could get the help they need! If I could give 100 stars, I would! A written review cannot fully capture why you should work with Marc and Penelope. They are not only excellent ...at their jobs but they are also genuinely kind people who care about you as a human being. I actually first met Marc and his wife at Bonchon in Tempe, the chicken restaurant below my old apartment. We had just met, but somehow we ended up talking like old friends about sports, academic ambitions and life in general. He even gave me thoughtful advice and said I should meet his son because we might share some common traits. That moment told me everything about who he is outside of work. Earnest, honest and a class act. You cannot fake that kind of character over Korean fried chicken. Not long after that meeting, I had an issue with my previous apartment. They were ignoring me for months and refusing to return my security deposit. Marc stepped in and sent them a formal demand letter, and they finally stopped their games. That alone already showed me what kind of professional and person he is. When my Lyft accident case happened, choosing him was an easy decision. Throughout the entire process he pushed for a better settlement without me ever having to encourage him to do so. He did it because he believed the early offers were unfair. He explained every decision clearly, from strategy to timing, and he genuinely cared about reaching a just outcome. In the end he secured an amount that was almost triple the original offer because he fought for what he believed was right. Penelope deserves the same level of recognition. She handled all administrative and paperwork matters with patience and warmth. I am currently living overseas, and she went above and beyond to help me navigate the international transfer of my settlement. She checked every detail, stayed in communication, and made the process incredibly smooth. Working with Marc does not feel like working with a distant attorney. He treats you like someone he is invested in. Someone he remembers. Someone he cares about. And together he and Penelope make an incredible team. They are competent, compassionate and committed to doing things the right way. If you want a lawyer who will fight for you, communicate clearly, and treat you with sincere respect, Marc and Penelope are exactly who you want. I recommend them without hesitation.
