Living Trust review

While I did not meet with Mona in person, she was incredibly responsive via phone, text, and email and was able to clearly explain the process. She handled questions in a timely manner and was very reliable throughout the process of creating our trust.

Immigration advice session

She couldn't understand my question. All she sid was Google and provide me with a link that did not answer my question. And I can Google and the reason I can to this service was I was unable to solve my question using googling.

I am sorry to hear of your experience, as I strive for nothing short of excellent service to my clients. I hope this response will help clarify. It is likely that your question was one which could not have been answered in the short timeframe of minutes which you had purchased, as many immigration situations are peculiar to each individual case, so the best I could do - short of giving no answer at all or giving false legal advice - was to lead you in the direction to look into further since our time was up. I preferred that you be guided to a path to take as opposed to giving you no guidance at all, and with more time I would have been able to provide the answer you needed. Immigration advice session

First of all, she is nice and professional but she wasn't able to come up with any ways to improve my current situation. All she had to offer are advices I already know or did. I don't think she is very experienced with the immigration laws because she put me on hold for more than 15 mins just to che...ck things out.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, and I wish there was more time purchased so that I could provide you with complete legal advice that you were looking for. When a client has a circumstance that is specific to them, and one that is moreso in a gray area (as is often the situation with immigration cases), I do not wish to simply hand out a response for the sake of providing a response. My ethical, professional and moral duties go against such practice. In order to be cautious, fair and accurate, research is always conducted on borderline cases, and one must be especially prudent when learning of the client's entire history in a matter of a couple minutes, as more information is usually needed in order to accurately assess a case. I hope this alleviates your concern as to why you may have been on hold, and I would be happy to discuss your experience further should you wish to contact me.

If your case was not cut and dry, a good amount of research is needed in order to look into immigration laws.
