Aside from presenting seminars statewide focusing on the importance of estate planning and preparing living trusts, Mona’s practice involves assisting individuals in their immigration matters, as well as working with individuals and companies requiring contract assistance in business and corporate affairs.

Three seemingly divergent areas – immigration, contracts and estate planning – yet a brief introduction to the source of Mona’s drive reveals their connection. Her immigration work centers on assisting individuals and companies to spread their respective talents and expertise – in science, the arts, athletics, business, education or otherwise – so that all segments of society may benefit from them and advance, thereby allowing clients to have the ability to cause further waves throughout the globe with their skills. This area of her work has stemmed from her international and human rights activities, which are founded in her interest in resolving issues of inequality that hinder societies from advancing. At the same time, Mona’s transactional work retains those same clients and attracts others, from entertainment professionals to corporate businesses, interested in using their skills and services to better the societies around them. As careers blossom and culminate into assets, Mona’s advocacy for her clients extends to protection of their assets, preparing living trusts for individuals and for couples long married or newly wed.

Mona’s work in immigration, contracts and estate planning, then, have groundings in her passion to encourage individuals to achieve their highest potential – for the benefit of society’s hearts, minds, and unmitigated advancement. It is this fiery drive that makes her a sought-after advocate for those looking to take their work to the top.

Previous work

With a passion for justice, Mona has participated alongside the delegation of the Bahá’í International Community in the 16th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva, Switzerland – an inter-governmental body within the UN system responsible for the strengthening the protection of human rights around the globe. She also previously completed an assignment with the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) in Washington, D.C. where she researched human rights and religious freedom issues in various countries, particularly in the Middle East and Africa. Her primary role at USCIRF was to assist in preparing the Commission’s annual religious freedom and human rights report which serves as a major basis for policy-making by the U.S. President and Congress. She also attended and reported on relevant public events and hearings on the Hill, and was with USCIRF when the most recent attacks against the Bahá’ís in Iran commenced.

Mona’s previous legal experience includes serving as In-house Legal Counsel for the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) – a major employee union with a membership of over 7,000 law enforcement personnel from various California state departments (including the Department of Justice, Housing & Community Development, Parks and Recreation, and Public Health) – where she championed the rights of state employees to achieve better working conditions, better working hours, and fair treatment, and educated Union members regarding pending legislation that could impact employment conditions.

Mona’s legal experience also involves trial preparation at a full-service business law firm with a primary clientele of Fortune 500 automotive manufacturers, film production matters in the Production and Development and Business & Legal Affairs Departments of Miramax Films, and responsibility for the negotiation and drafting of service agreements and the monitoring of publicly disseminated information for compliance with FDA regulations for an international pharmaceutical company.

Great Immigration Advise
I have consulted with Mona several times on immigration issues. Each time she has been very helpful and easy to work with. Very thoughtful and informative in her analysis of my questions and issues. I would highly recommend her for your immigration needs.

40 Point Productions LLC highly recommends Mona Parsa
As CEO of Corporate Channels Inc I advised more than 300 companies worldwide from 1999-2007 working with more than 100 lawyers on contracts, policy implementation guidelines and distribution channel models in the Fortune 500. Mona began doing projects for 40 Point Productions LLC in 2011 and since then has done several projects for us, exceeding our expectations every time. Mona has an eagle eye for contracts and in 25 years I have never seen a better author of legal letters and how a letter should be properly written. She has written 4 Cease & Desist letters regarding our new movie released July 27, 2012 with 100% success of defendants removing our intellectual property from their sites. Mona's professional standard is a 10 of 10 and her optimism and care on our projects is unprecedented. I rarely write endorsement letters. Mona Parsa is the most professional attorney I have ever worked with and highly recommend her legal services. We released the 40 Point Plan Movie on July 27, 2012 and within a few weeks had 4 websites offering our movie for free. Mona wrote our Cease & Desist letters

Living Trust review
While I did not meet with Mona in person, she was incredibly responsive via phone, text, and email and was able to clearly explain the process. She handled questions in a timely manner and was very reliable throughout the process of creating our trust.

First of all, she is nice and professional but she wasn't able to come up with any ways to improve my current situation. All she had to offer are advices I already know or did. I don't think she is very experienced with the immigration laws because she put me on hold for more than 15 mins just to check things out.
Response from Mona Parsa May 26, 2016
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, and I wish there was more time purchased so that I could provide you with complete legal advice that you were looking for. When a client has a circumstance that is specific to them, and one that is moreso in a gray area (as is often the situation with immigration cases), I do not wish to simply hand out a response for the sake of providing a response. My ethical, professional and moral duties go against such practice. In order to be cautious, fair and accurate, research is always conducted on borderline cases, and one must be especially prudent when learning of the client's entire history in a matter of a couple minutes, as more information is usually needed in order to accurately assess a case. I hope this alleviates your concern as to why you may have been on hold, and I would be happy to discuss your experience further should you wish to contact me.

The lawyer was helpful and patient but couldn't provide any foolproof solution to my question.
Response from Mona Parsa May 26, 2016
If your case was not cut and dry, a good amount of research is needed in order to look into immigration laws. Though I was not able to provide the answer you were looking for due to the short amount of time purchased, I am happy to hear my advice was still helpful. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.

She couldn't understand my question. All she sid was Google and provide me with a link that did not answer my question. And I can Google and the reason I can to this service was I was unable to solve my question using googling.
Response from Mona Parsa August 3, 2016
I am sorry to hear of your experience, as I strive for nothing short of excellent service to my clients. I hope this response will help clarify. It is likely that your question was one which could not have been answered in the short timeframe of minutes which you had purchased, as many immigration situations are peculiar to each individual case, so the best I could do - short of giving no answer at all or giving false legal advice - was to lead you in the direction to look into further since our time was up. I preferred that you be guided to a path to take as opposed to giving you no guidance at all, and with more time I would have been able to provide the answer you needed. Of course, I am happy to discuss your specific concern directly. Please do feel free to contact me.
