Immigration advice session
She couldn't understand my question. All she sid was Google and provide me with a link that did not answer my question. And I can Google and the reason I can to this service was I was unable to solve my question using googling.

It is likely that your question was one which could not have been answered in the short timeframe of minutes which you had purchased, as many immigration situations are peculiar to each individual case, so the best I could do - short of giving no answer at all or giving false legal advice - was to lead you in the direction to look into further since our time was up. I preferred that you be guided to a path to take as opposed to giving you no guidance at all, and with more time I would have been able to provide the answer you needed.
