I hired Briscoe Cain to handle a nasty divorce. He assured me he could handle this complicated case. He rarely answered calls or emails. Yet he bragged that he gave his clients his cell phone number. He made many excuses for failure to complete the filings. He told me we could file a continuance mot...ion. Last year Mr. Cain represented our now adopted daughter Elly during the adoption process. When adopting a minor both the adoptive parents and the child are required to have separate representation.
