I hired Briscoe Cain to handle a nasty divorce. He assured me he could handle this complicated case. He rarely answered calls or emails. Yet he bragged that he gave his clients his cell phone number. He made many excuses for failure to complete the filings. He told me we could file a continuance mot...ion. The City of which I work for, stopped our Bible study and the use of emails for such purposes. I contacted several people asking for help with this.
