Last year Mr. Cain represented our now adopted daughter Elly during the adoption process. When adopting a minor both the adoptive parents and the child are required to have separate representation. Mr. Cain was appointed by the court to represent Elly. During the adoption process I was very imp...ressed with Mr. Cain's responsiveness and commitment to Elly's well being. The City of which I work for, stopped our Bible study and the use of emails for such purposes. I contacted several people asking for help with this.
