He told me he was going to handle the case one way and kept changing his mind. Then telling me he talked to a judge he knew and that we were going to go a different route on my case. During this time he kept telling me to go back to my divorce attorney. I got all the paperwork he needed so he didn't ...have to pull any records from the county clerks office. This went on for 2 months nothing was resolved on my case. Then tells me I owe him more money so I told him I was going by there but then my mother was dyeing from cancer so I didn't get by there that Friday. I called him Monday told him my daughter was bringing a check then he sends email he was not going to handle my case without any explanation of why and did not refund any money I gave him to start the case. I wouldn't refer him to anybody.

Last year Mr. Cain represented our now adopted daughter Elly during the adoption process. When adopting a minor both the adoptive parents and the child are required to have separate representation. The City of which I work for, stopped our Bible study and the use of emails for such purposes. I contacted several people asking for help with this. The only person to respond was Terry with the What's Up radio show. He reached out to some attorneys and Briscoe Cain responded immediately stating t...hat he would help. He traveled to our city (approximately 90 miles away.) on more than one occasion to meet with us and to conduct a news conference. The outcome was that the city realized that they were violating our constitutional rights and the city passed an ordinance stating that we can use available city rooms for Bible study and use city email to make notifications. The first time that I met Briscoe, I knew that he accepted an assignment from God for a higher purpose than getting a paycheck. He has fulfilled that assignment. He will be rewarded by God whether here on earth, in Heaven or both. There is no way humanly possible to thank him for his work and dedication to this case, but we thank him greatly for his obedience, work and dedication. Briscoe helped our family with the termination of parental rights of my daughter's biological father and also handled the our step-parent adoption case between my daughter and husband.
