Wrongful Arrest; Charges Dropped

Brian got my case dropped. It took a lot longer than expected (8 months), but I am happy with the outcome. I think Mr. Sizer is used to dealing with guilty parties and, therefore, seemed to want me to take the pre-trial diversion plea. I was glad I decided to press on; knowing my innocence and trusti...ng in the system. The outcome was much better than if I had to pay for pre-trial diversion; especially when I was not guilty of a DUI in the first place. If you are guilty and going for PTD, he is an excellent fit.

In addition to getting this client's DUI charge dropped completely, I also won her formal hearing causing the DMV to overturn her 12 month license suspension for refusal to submit to a breath test. I wish great results like this were instantaneous; unfortunately due to the nature of the judicial system, they sometimes take a relatively short period of time to achieve. :-)

Drivers License reinstated and all criminal charges dropped

Long story short a deputy pulled me over and gave me a ticket for careless driving in an empty parking lot. While writing the ticket he said he smelled beer and asked me to step out of the car perform a bunch of tests to see if I'm under the influence. I know my rights!!! After what seemed like a... eternity in the freezing air, deputy arrests me for DUI and charges me with refusal to submit to a breath test. Brian Sizer was sympathetic to my situation and not only did he get my 12 month drivers license suspension overturned at the DMV, he also filed a motion to suppress the illegal traffic stop and forced the state attorney's office to drop my DUI. The whole thing was a hassle and unfair, but Mr. Sizer fought for me every step of the way and got me a the best result I could have asked for. Highly recommended!

Traffic Ticket

Mr. Sizer is an incredible attorney, he represented me in a speeding ticket, passing the Fl toll which was extremely ridiculos from officer to just parked after the toll and giving ticket for not going 25mph...i was 34 or so...I saw many other cars passed faster. Regradless, the officer hold a grunch...ed and showed in court and wanted to increased my fee from $156 to $456,The officer wanted to max me out on the fine and adjudicate me on the charge (giving you points on my license). Mr Sizer biggest accomplishment was reducing my fee back to $156. He basically went over the officer's head and got the judge to reduce the fine and still withhold adjudication. I am very satisfied with Mr. Sizer's dedication and determination. He kept me informed all the way. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Attorney

My son was charged (wrongly) with a criminal traffic offense. The attorney we initially worked with wanted to plea him out as charged. After turning the case over to Mr. Sizer he was able to get the state attorney to drop the the charges completely. He kept us informed every step of the way. Mr. Siz...er is a highly effective, top notch attorney and we are extremely grateful!

Ethical, professional, tenacious.

Mr. Sizer took a personal interest in me as the victim of a very sensitive crime. He took the time to speak with me and my family and explain the potential options for resolving my case. We need more attorneys of Mr. Sizer's character and integrity.
