Wrongful Arrest; Charges Dropped
Brian got my case dropped. It took a lot longer than expected (8 months), but I am happy with the outcome. Replied last February 05, 2014In addition to getting this client's DUI charge dropped completely, I also won her formal hearing causing the DMV to overturn her 12 month license suspension for refusal to submit to a breath test. I wish great results like this were instantaneous; unfortunately due to the nature of the judicial system, they sometimes take a relatively short period of time to achieve. :-)
