Brian D Sizer

Mr. Sizer has counseled me on a variety of matters. Despite his case load Mr. Sizer is quick to respond pertaining to my cases. As stated, I have utilized Mr. Sizer more than once and for each scenario that I faced, he was honest about the possible outcomes. In one occasion, despite the circumstances... of my case his closing argument produced a not guilty verdict. In another occasion he was able get a DUI reduced to a "Wet" Reckless charge, on top of that I received a withhold despite it being my 2nd DUI (outside of 5 years). Mr. Sizer has been able to obtain a withhold (no points) on 3 of my traffic cases and has saved me money in the long run by keeping my insurance rates down. I highly reccomend Mr. Sizer. It would be ignorant to hire an attorney and anticipate that because you've hired an attorney the case will automatically be dropped. Legal representation is just that, representation. However I would say Mr. Sizer has been quite the magician on my behalf. I peg his "magic" on his transparency, honesty, integrity and rapport with his constituents.

I had a situation where my 17 year old son was falsely accused and charged with battery. The true story was that my son was jumped (by 2 adults) and the story was not portrayed correctly in the beginning. I contacted Brian Sizer immediately and he assured me that he would help me with this case. Not ...only did Brian answer all of my questions but he went out of his way to clear my son's name. Brian was relentless and he made sure that the state attorney was informed of what had really happened. He even attended a mandatory interview meeting that my son had with the Department of Juvenile Justice because of lingering battery charge. I felt reassured and convinced that I had made the right choice with Brian because he was not going to give up and that is exactly what we needed. A 17 year old kid can easily be stereotyped into being a bad kid but Brian Sizer made sure that this was not going to be the case with my son. In the end, the guilty party that battered my son was charged and arrested for battery. Brian Sizer and his unbelievable determination made all the difference in my son's case. I will forever be grateful to Brian for his dedication to my family and I will refer him to anyone that is looking for an incomparable attorney.

The attorney was very honest with me and never promised me anything other than he promised he would give me 100%. I had a friend who also got a reckless driving (reduced from a DUI) and I was hopeful for the same result. In the end I decided to take the reduced plea rather than risk a trial. I had a ...very long conversation with Mr. Sizer and felt confident in this decision. The result was a plea to reckless driving, non alcohol related. Everything was completed within three months and there was no additional license suspension. I called Mr. Sizer frequently with questions and he always got back to me, even after my case was over. Long story short a deputy pulled me over and gave me a ticket for careless driving in an empty parking lot. While writing the ticket he said he smelled beer and asked me to step out of the car perform a bunch of tests to see if I'm under the influence. I know my rights!!! After what seemed like a... eternity in the freezing air, deputy arrests me for DUI and charges me with refusal to submit to a breath test. Brian Sizer was sympathetic to my situation and not only did he get my 12 month drivers license suspension overturned at the DMV, he also filed a motion to suppress the illegal traffic stop and forced the state attorney's office to drop my DUI. The whole thing was a hassle and unfair, but Mr. Sizer fought for me every step of the way and got me a the best result I could have asked for. Highly recommended!

Mr. Sizer is an incredible attorney, he represented me in a speeding ticket, passing the Fl toll which was extremely ridiculos from officer to just parked after the toll and giving ticket for not going 25mph...i was 34 or so...I saw many other cars passed faster. Regradless, the officer hold a grunch...ed and showed in court and wanted to increased my fee from $156 to $456,The officer wanted to max me out on the fine and adjudicate me on the charge (giving you points on my license). Mr Sizer biggest accomplishment was reducing my fee back to $156. He basically went over the officer's head and got the judge to reduce the fine and still withhold adjudication. I am very satisfied with Mr. Sizer's dedication and determination. He kept me informed all the way. I would highly recommend him.
