Ticket Clinic to my rescue...AGAIN!

I recently received a speeding citation for going 33 mph over limit AND maintaining excess speed greater than 2 miles, which actually counts as (2) separate fees and requires a mandatory court appearance in Escambia County, FL. As I truly had no defense for driving at this high rate of speed, I ...felt it imperative that I hire an attorney. Though there is no Ticket Clinic in, or near, Pensacola, FL I called the closest office which was Mr. Ted Hollander's ofc. On my first call, I was greeted warmly and assisted by Alissa, one of the nicest and most competent Legal Assistants I've ever met...and having worked as a Legal Asst myself for the largest law firm in Pensacola, I've certainly met my share of them. During the initial call, Alissa walked me through the entire process and provided clear-cut instructions to me so that I could send her a copy of my Citation and electronic Affidavit to her as quickly as possible. Once that was done, and I retained Mr. Hollander as Counsel, I simply waited to be notified of the disposition of my court case which arrived via email 8 days after the court date. To my astonishment, not only did Mr. Hollander travel several hours to Pensacola to defend me in court, however, he was able to get the Judge to withhold adjudication, meaning that NO POINTS were assessed and that NO CONVICTION will appear on my driving record. Mr. Hollander, I wish to personally thank you for your expertise and care in handling my traffic case. While I wish to never need your services again, please know that I will freely recommend you to anyone and everyone ever requiring Counsel for a traffic issue. Very Sincerely, Yvonne

Great experience!

Great! Really easy, I have no points. I felt like I was doing a good deed by picking up friends from a bar when then had too many beverages and they should have rewarded my goof merit! Would use this again and recommend this to my friends and family.

Ted Hollander Ticket Clinic

Ted Hollander and his legal staff help me again with a ticket 2017. They take you thru the process by phone or in the office. I didn't have to take time off of work to go to court! They are knowledgeable and make it so very easy! Thank you again Ticket clinic. I would recommend them every time!
