Betsy is the absolute BEST attorney. I totally lucked out when I found her. She took the time to understand how a divorce was going to affect me personally as well as financially. I felt as though a friend was guiding me through a process that, while painful, was necessary. The other attorney played games and stalled--for 3 years. Betsy navigated the roadblocks and brought it to a conclusion with a settlement that I was comfortable with. While it was one of the worst times of my life it was comforting to know that I had an advocate in my corner who always had my best interests in mind.

I retained Betsy again to handle my child support modification. The fact that this is only the second time I required her services was a huge relief. The first time, she made it so that my obligation was adjusted automatically upon termination of my child’s college attendance. I simply contacted the court house and notified them to make it happen. It was great to not have to go to court again that time. I required another modification two years later. I simply e-mailed Betsy and got a prompt response. She didn’t miss a beat. She was still very familiar with my case and got the ball rolling in a very timely manner. I still live out of state but that wasn’t a hinderance when dealing with her. If I had a question, I would e-mail. She would always respond that same day with accurate and clear information. If I had an urgent question or needed to talk to her, I called and was always able to speak directly with her. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication to her profession. I had another great outcome to my case and will definitely retain her services again in the future if needed. Her fees were very reasonable and there is not a single thing I could comment on in a negative way. Thank you Betsy for making a stressful situation as easy as possible.
