My Go-to Lawyer

What a great lawyer! I hired Ali for a dispute I was having with an electrical contractor for major work on my home. The contractor was a very difficult person to deal with. Ali did a fantastic job of making sure that the contractor abided by the law and that he did not overcharge me even though he w...as trying to do just that. Ali is my go-to lawyer. He should probably be yours too.

Fantastic Contract Attorney

I sough Mr. Ebrahimzahed's expertise regarding an issue I was having with my employer, a major New York hospital. I hired Mr Ebrahimzadeh to review a contract and some various documents and to advise me on how best to deal with a very difficult employer. As my standing in the medical community is ver...y important to me, I sought to hire the very best. I am confident from the outcome and his methods that he is the best.

Extremely knowledgable, ethical, and strong litigator

Over the last few years, I've turned to Mr. Ebrahimzadeh for legal advice on various business issues relating to Contract Law, Employment matters, and Partnership Agreements. I've found him to be most knowledgeable, providing solid advice to help avoid future problems. What's most unique about him is... his commitment to ethics and decency in the practice of law, and it's also clear that he's a very strong litigator. He is always very mindful of client's budgetary concerns, seeking to make a workable and effective strategy that is also affordable. Smart, Caring Lawyer - The Best!

I consulted with Mr. Ebrahimzadeh regarding very important criminal defense legal questions that I had. I found him to be extremely smart and caring. He provided me great advice and helped me stay out of trouble. He's very straightforward, personable, and sharp. He has my highest recommendations!

Second to None

There is a reason that Ali Ebrahimzadeh is acknowledged in the elite group of, "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" by The National Trial Lawyers organization. Words that come to mind after consulting with him is knowledgeable, trustworthy, of high character, and down to earth. I would highly recommend him to an...yone who seeks legal representation from someone who will "shoot straight," and knows the law. I have worked with various attorney's professionally, and personally, and I only wish I knew of Ali sooner. He would have been the only one. You can't go wrong seeking his counsel.
