Alexia did an incredible job for our family. She handled our sale and our purchase all at once during an extremely active and busy market. I'm sure every real estate deal has its quirks. Ours (our first), had a *lot* of quirks. Seemingly _every_ single detail was a point of contention, from negotiation of particular contract contingencies, to enforcing the contract to get a clear title (there were open DOB permits and an SWO) before clo...sing, to negotiating concessions for conditions disclosed in the final walkthrough, all the way down to the time of day of closing. Alexia had our back every step of the way and seemingly won every battle she fought. We feel very fortunate to have had her on our team. This deal would have been really perilous and we might have ended up in bad shape without her foresight, experience, relentlessness, and attention to detail.
