I can't believe how lucky I am to have Alexia on my team. When I first hired her, my agent and I submitted an offer to purchase a 2 bdrm condo in Prospect Lefferts. After reviewing the history of the building and owner, she noticed some very strange things and advised me against the purchase, which... I now am very grateful for. Alexia went above and beyond in helping us close our condo. She was always extremely prompt and courteous in answering all our many questions throughout the process.
