Very helpful and answered a few simple questions for me!

Adam was very quick to respond and was very helpful. At this point I only needed a quick consultation but based on his knowledge and if I need further assistance on my case I will be happy to hire him in the future. Thank you Adam!

The best corporate law attorney in San Diego!

Great Help With My Business

Adam helped me set up my business at a very reasonable rate. When I had questions about tasks that I could perform his answer was usually yes, you can do that yourself without me. I'd look it up online and he'd be right about what I could and couldn't do on my own. I found Mr. Jaffe to be very perso...nable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always upbeat (looking for ways to get things done rather than saying that's not possible). The obvious exception to that was liability - he is quick to steer away from potential problems that I wouldn't have seen as a problem. He never talks down to clients, and is good at putting everything into plain language so it's easy to understand. One other thing, if you're forming a corporation I suggest allowing Adam to personalize your articles rather than copying generic articles from the Internet. If he has set your business up he can do a much better job defending it if someone decides to sue. My experience with him is with business, but he does general litigation, too. In my experience an attorney that's honest about what I can do and shouldn't do on my own is going to be up front about his ability to help you with a specific category of litigation or not. If not he'll have a reference for someone that is good in the specific area you need. If you're looking for an attorney I strongly recommend speaking with Adam Jaffe.

Honest, Helpful and Professional

My wife and I contacted Adam Jaffe a few months back regarding a judgment that was filed against us. After numerous phone calls to various attorneys, we were serendipitously put in contact with Mr. Jaffe. At no charge, he listened to our situation and requested we give him permission to look into it ...further. After a day and a half of communicating, he said he would be able to assist us. Within a few weeks he had negotiated a settlement, reviewed the legal documents (Greek to us), and help us put this multi-year problem behind us. And as if by clockwork, at the 90-day mark, he insured that the release had be filed with the court. Mr. Jaffe was so very kind and empathetic to my wife and me. Consistently professional and honest. It is people like Mr. Jaffe that help renew one's faith in humanity, but more so in lawyers. To add icing to the cake, today we receive a check from Mr. Jaffe....the unused portion of our retainer. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you Mr. Jaffe
