Mr. Ainsworth came to my aide, when I needed a criminal lawyer for my son. He has been there for me and my son, constantly keeping me informed of what is going on and making visits to my son in jail keeping him up to date. He has been readily available to me, and being a widow, that has been so comfo...rting.

He immediately called to see me on a Sunday might I add. Him and his office staff did an amazing job keeping in touch and returning phone calls. Very professional and honest about our case. My husband had been charged with terroristic threats and impersonating an officer, both felonies. I originally hired another lawyer to take the case but was receiving very poor service and a prolonged process. We fired him and hired Neal. Neal immediately took action on my husbands case and quickly f...iled many motions and contacted the DA's office. To our surprise Neal found out that the previous lawyer was trying to have my husband committed to a mental institution for two years because my husband had a history with mental health issues. Neal immediately corrected this as my husband did not require that kind of treatment. Shortly thereafter he was able to work out a plea to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge with time served. Neal then even went the extra mile to work with my husbands probation officer to have a waiver ready for his violation of probation. Most attorneys will only handle the one case and charge more for additional items like probation violation, but Neal saw the entire case through from one county to the next. But the thing I appreciated most from Neal is that whenever I or my husband had a question or concern we had answers typically the same day, either by phone call or a visit to my husband in jail. I would highly recommend Neal as he is awesome at his job and he is the type that will "keep it real"!

Worst lawyer I have come across in all of my life! My brother is now serving a sentence for child molestation because of Neal's lack of adequate lack of representation! On day 2 of the trial, he informed my brother that if found guilty the judge said he would throw the book at my brother. Neil's assi...stant told him that "it wasn't looking good for him". They both (Neal and assistant attorney) told my brother it's best to take the deal. My innocent brother took the dumb deal in a state of panic. Oh, also, before the trial started on day 2, Neal informed me and my brother that he was resting his case! No argument, no cross exam, no defense witnesses, character witness, my brother didn't even take the stand as planned. In the end, the jury found him NOT GUILTY!!!! But under the advice of NEAL, he is now serving time for this horrible lie! OH, the girls that accused him...lied on the stand about everything...that's why the jury found him not guilty. Neal was supposed to file an appeal to change my brother's plea (30 days to do it after judge ruled) Neal lied to my entire family stating he filed the motion! The motion was never filed! Now, he is not answering his phone! He is a horrible attorney and I will make it my mission to get my brother released because he is NOT GUILTY!
