I hired this attorney to defend my sister in a molestation case where she was not guilty. This attorney told my sister to take the plea deal even though she was not guilty and my sister not being very smart took the deal thinking it meant she wouldn’t go to jail but she was then sentenced to 10 years... without parol.

Worst lawyer I have come across in all of my life! My brother is now serving a sentence for child molestation because of Neal's lack of adequate lack of representation! On day 2 of the trial, he informed my brother that if found guilty the judge said he would throw the book at my brother. Neil's assi...stant told him that "it wasn't looking good for him". They both (Neal and assistant attorney) told my brother it's best to take the deal. My innocent brother took the dumb deal in a state of panic. Oh, also, before the trial started on day 2, Neal informed me and my brother that he was resting his case! No argument, no cross exam, no defense witnesses, character witness, my brother didn't even take the stand as planned. In the end, the jury found him NOT GUILTY!!!! But under the advice of NEAL, he is now serving time for this horrible lie! OH, the girls that accused him...lied on the stand about everything...that's why the jury found him not guilty. Neal was supposed to file an appeal to change my brother's plea (30 days to do it after judge ruled) Neal lied to my entire family stating he filed the motion! The motion was never filed! Now, he is not answering his phone! He is a horrible attorney and I will make it my mission to get my brother released because he is NOT GUILTY!
