Breeman Neal Ainsworth Jr.

Mr. Aimsworth went above and beyond as our attorney. In 2013 Newton County Sheriffs department had my brother in jail without bond for some very severe and violent charges. The family was worried sick about him because he had not ever been in trouble and did not know what to do to help him. Our mo...ther was fighting bone cancer at the time and since my brother was arrested a few days before thanksgiving the extra stress of my brother not being able to attend my mothers potentially last thanksgiving was devastating. Mr. Aimsworth was referred to us by my husband and able to not only have my brothers charges dropped down to misdemeanors but also have him home by thanksgiving. Now 6 years later my mother is still here cancer free and my brother is a felon free working and productive member of society. Mr. Aimsworth also helped my husband who was also falsely accused of several violent charges in Newton County such as aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. We patiently awaited trial for these charges for years and when the trial ended in April 2018 my husband was found not guilty on all charges and free to go home without any probation or parole for the first time since 1997. We are finally able to be the family god intended for us to be. Mr. Aimsworth who we now reference to as Neal brings much needed justice to much deserved people. He doesn’t lose his cases and goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are ok. We greatly appreciate everything he has done for us and our family.

State Trooper pulled me over for speeding. I had my mom’s pill bottles laying on the pass seat because I was taking them to my sister’s house for moms. I didn't look to see what was what. It wasn't my business. I thought it was just some blood pressure meds but she had a couple of her pain pills in o...ne of the other bottles and one of those plastic things with the day of the week with her pills in it for the rest of the week. Next thing I know they’re taking me to jail charging me with possession. I tried to tell the investigators but they were just interested in making me seem like a drug dealing thug over a couple pain pills in the wrong bottle and that daily dose thing. I never would have thought in a million years that it’s illegal to have meds in one of those things in the car. It was ridiculousness so I called Ainsworth. He’s a real nice person and understands the law really well. He got all of my charges dropped. We had to give him copies of the prescriptions and a letter from moms saying that I was bringing her meds to her at my sister’s house but it’s all good now. If you’re reading this review tell all of your friends about the daily pill thing. They can charge you even if you have the right bottle with you just for carrying any prescription medication in a container that don’t have the prescription label on it.

Mr. Ainsworth visited me at my home immediately after I was released from jail. My car had been seized by the police and I had no way to travel back and forth. He quickly helped me to attain a plan and assured me the importance of his mission to succeed. Through the course of time every question tha...t developed was answered with adequate definition. He placed emphasis on me as an individual, thus strengthen my character and improving my moral and spiritual outlook. Mr. Ainsworth methods are effective.
