Man of the year !!

This man has done nothing but right for me since day one. He fights non stop for you from start to finish. Very very smart and worth every single penny. I am very happy that he has been my attorney and helped me through such a mentally taxing time taking a huge amount of weight off my shoulders. You ...cannot go wrong for one second with him as your attorney.

Money well spent

Mr. Ainsworth visited me at my home immediately after I was released from jail. My car had been seized by the police and I had no way to travel back and forth. He quickly helped me to attain a plan and assured me the importance of his mission to succeed. Through the course of time every question tha...t developed was answered with adequate definition. He placed emphasis on me as an individual, thus strengthen my character and improving my moral and spiritual outlook. Mr. Ainsworth methods are effective. Because of him I got my car back, my money back and all my rights back. I can still be a useful citizen in my community regardless of what has happened in my past. I can never thank him enough. DEDICATED ATTORNEY

Hiring Mr. Ainsworth to represent my family member was the BEST DECISION I made. Mr. Ainsworth kept me informed as to what was going on with our case, answered all our questions and calls and was sure to take care of any and all concerns we had. Not only did he do his job as our attorney he went b...eyond our expectations, it was not about the money with him it was giving us the best defense of representation possible, he not only showed us in the courtroom but outside of it as well we were important to him as clients. I would recommend him to anyone who needs real representation.

Stay clear of this attorney

I hired this attorney to represent my brother on drug charges. I gave him 5,000 of the 8,000 retainer fee and he never showed up to consult my brother. He also missed two court appearances before I fired him. After that I fired him and asked for a refund and he said he doesn't give refunds. Now I hav...e filed a complaint with the Georgia Bar Association. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney.

As the Legal Assistant to Mr. Ainsworth and the one who visited with the client mentioned, I would like to share my feelings in regard to this complaint. Mr. Ainsworth did everything that he was required to do for the client he was hired to represent , upon being retained the client was being held in another facility not the county we were hired to represent him, in which we took immediate action to have him moved to the prosecuting county by having direct and ongoing contact with his Parole Officer, so that we could file in as his attorney at record with the court , in this particular county you are not allowed to file in motions on a client unless they have bonded out or are in custody, which was the situation we were dealing with in this case, at the time he was transported and arrived at said county it was after hours, once arriving he was entitled to a first appearance for a bond, at which time our paperwork was being filed in, as for the second court appearance, our office was notified by the Parole Officer that due to the weather his hearing had been changed to a later date, again not our fault. when it comes to court appearances and dates we are at the mercy of the court. OUR OFFICE DID NOT MISS ANY COURT DATES! I personally visited with the client on three occasions within the two week period that we were retained as his attorney as well as staying in contact with family on a daily basis, with the status of his case. It was at the client's request on the third visit that we withdraw from his case, we were not fired by anyone as stated in the comment above. Our office has done nothing wrong we followed all legal procedure in this case and we welcome all complaints made to the Georgia Bar Association. Mr. Ainsworth is highly recommended by many as you can see and that is because of his commitment and hard work that he puts into the defending and representing his clients.

Hands down the best attorney!!

Neal is a wonderful attorney. I had spoken to a few attorney's prior to him and they were not helpful at all. Most just want your money and don't even care about your case...they will go with what the DA wants and they are not interested in going to trial and having the case dismissed ( not guilty ve...rdict) . Neal is serious about his job. He cares and wants his clients to win. In court he doesn't mind speaking his mind ( thats a good thing in an attorney) and he is not afraid to say what needs to be heard to a jury or the Judge. I am so happy we have him as an attorney. I feel more secure and confident about my fiancee going to court. If you have a case and you need a great attorney...Neal is the man to hire. I promise you will not regret it!
