Matthew J Dudley

Mr. Dudley came highly recommended by two friends. I was willing to ignore his poor bedside manner in favor of just getting my divorce over with. He insisted my current counsel is more than adequate & didn't find my desire of wanting to switch credible. I'm already dealing with a difficult situatio...n that he has no competence of. My current counsel either has too much or is lazy & Mr. Dudley made inaccurate assumptions on all counts. I had hoped for an in person meeting. When I explained that I was in the right vicinity but couldn't find his building (Tapio) he just laughed. He's not worth it.

Matthew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and communicative from the moment that I engaged his services. He informed me of the potential pitfalls, he never led me to believe that our case was won until it actually was. His billing makes perfect sense and I could not have asked for a better... family law attorney.

Mr dudely is definately my number 1 option. He tells you like it is, doesnt sugar coat anything. If your case doesnt win like mine did, its not because matthew didnt do his job but rather you/your case. He will fight and keep fighting for you. There are no middle men or worker bees that he has. Matthew Dudley is an extremely talented attorney whose name I have now heard several times since he represented me. In August of 2017 I was awarded custody of the child I raised from birth, whose parents were both drug addicts and in and out of court and jail. If you're a woman, I'd highly encourage you to find another attorney. If you're a guy, and really want him for an attorney, sit down and swallow your pride and don't speak unless spoken to. I had Matthew before and said I'd never hire him again but unfortunately, was served and due to urgency of ti...me, i had to hire him again. He's worse than before. He's unprofessional. It takes him several days to answer a text, email or a call. He did not offer any advise to address the issues. He hangs up on you for no reason at all. He didn't let me know when the trial was and called me 5 minutes before trial and started asking me last minute questions, then hung up on me again for no reason and he lost the case. No one deserves to be treated by his arrogance. Good luck.
