Mr. Dudley has represented friends of mine in the past and they have been happy with his services and so I chose to retain him for parenting plan disputes with my ex. Mr. Dudley was next to impossible to reach on the phone and when I was able to reach him he was rude. I was willing to deal with his a...ttitude though if he was at least good at representing me. Half the time he did not keep me up to date on what was happening with my case. At one time my ex was trying to move out of state with my child. Mr. Dudley told me that there was nothing I could do to stop her so I went to a different attorney to get a second opinion. The second attorney told me that I absolutely could stop my ex from moving out of state with my child so I retained him and won. If it had been left up to Mr. Dudley my child would be GONE! I believe that Mr. Dudley was once a very good lawyer, but he seems to have lost his passion. Thankfully I fired Mr. Dudley before seeking custody of my child. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I was in need of an aggressive attorney for my relocation case. Mr. Dudley was just what I needed. He was awesome in court, represented me very well. His fees were very affordable he did not nickle and dime me for every little email or phone call. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and informat...ive. I highly recommend Mr. Dudley.

Matthew was recommended to me by a family friend who had lost to him previously. He is exactly who I needed to represent us. Matthew has taken control of the courtroom and made everything very clear to the judge at the pretrial and trial. I wouldn't say I got exactly what I wanted out of it, but I go...t more than I thought I could. A few critiques for Matthew would be to better prepare his clients before mediation and to go over relevant medical records before court. Other than that I rather enjoy working with him and feel confident that he knows what he is doing and the best way to get it done. He doesn't sugar coat what he says and that made the process so much simpler. I plan on continuing to use his services and recommend him to anyone interested in hiring a family lawyer.

To begin with, I had a very ugly case. One that had already been started and I dropped the ball on it and left it alone as I was in agreement with my child's father... When my daughter was returned to me abused from her fathers house, Matthew was the one I knew I needed to go see, as he was my husban...d's childrens' mothers attorney and did an amazing job. He may seem to some as satanic however he is a man with an enormous amount of knowledge, most definitely willing to fight for everything you want and at the same time with be 110% honest with you on if you are being reasonable or not and has enough experience to know what the wonderful judges of Spokane will go for as well and the satanic-ness is simply a form of knowing that he knows his jobs and will fight for you as that is what we all hire him to do. Over all my satisfaction with Mr. Cuddly - Dudley was beyond anything I ever imagined.

He was unprepared, unorganized, rude and unprofessional. I have nothing positive to say about him. Don't make the mistake I made when I hired him for my child custody case. I lost because of him. He did not educate me and in the end he wasted my time. I would have been far better off if I had represe...nted myself. DO NOT HIRE HIM AND IF HE REPRESENTS YOU NOW... RUN!!!!
