There is no better family law lawyer. My divorce was as nasty as they get. My ex and his parents had multiple filings in the wrong counties... my in laws tried to take custody of my kids, that was thrown out. Be honest with him, no lying or he’ll put you in your place real quick. Do what your supposed to do & he will do what he does best, WIN. He does the most for the least, no outrageous over billing. Matthew Dudley was the 3rd lawyer I hired in my fight for custody of my kids, and he was by far the best! Due to his performance on my case I got primary custody of my kids and the exact parenting plan I wanted. I honestly feel I could have gotten any parenting plan I wanted due to his outstanding p...erformance. He is a bulldog in the courtroom and comes to court prepared, knowledgeable of the case and with an unrivaled expertise in family law. Dudley's hourly rate was slightly more than my 1st lawyer, but due to his efficiency and effectiveness he ended up being about 90% cheaper. I am not exaggerating when I say I paid my 1st lawyer about 10 times more than I paid Dudley. Dudley represented my for approximately the same duration and appeared in court more times than my 1st lawyer. My ex's attorney was a scum bag, and he crushed the 1st lawyer I hired during my divorce. My 1st lawyer came highly recommended, but he was worthless in court and extremely expensive. My ex was allowed to take my kids and move out of state. 3 years later I hired my second attorney to try to get custody back due to my ex's poor parenting. She was also very expensive and ineffective. I fired her and hired Dudley because he came highly recommended from 3 separate acquaintances, whom had either hired him or gone against him. My ex's lawyer withdrew himself from representing my ex after going against Dudley 1 time in court because Dudley crushed him. My ex hired another lawyer and Dudley crushed her too. Hiring Dudley is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have a lot of experience with multiple lawyers, and Matthew Dudley is by far the best.

Matthew Dudley is a top notch lawyer, yes, he is hard to deal with, but that is because he knows his stuff. If you listen to him, and deal with busy schedule, he is well worth it. He was very hard on meat times, but when I was being cross examined it paid off. He is just preparing you for the courtro...om. He might be a bit of an ass sometimes, but that's because he knows what needs to be done, and if you don't do it it's frustrating, because he knows what you need to do. He won me everything, and for a good price!!

Mr. Dudley took a case we assumed would be simple, and when (to our surprise) it expanded into something much more complex, he was nonetheless able to handle it with ease. He guided me through the intricacies of the legal system and was able to get an outcome much better than expected, although part... of that success was admittedly due to the apathy of the opposing party. Hiring legal representation always seems to be a crap-shoot of sorts, meaning you don't always know who to trust, or how good a recommendation really is. I am happy to attest hiring Matthew Dudley to represent my interests was the best plan of action I could have chosen.
