Matthew J Dudley

I had the great fortune to be referred to Mr. Dudley after my prior attorney had to withdraw from my case due to conflict of interest. I was very skeptical at first, he is not the kind of lawyer that will hold your hand or sugar coat anything. But he made sure I knew exactly what to expect and was be...yond accommodating He has the kind of hours that allow for a working, single Mom to find time to get in to see him without making me take time off of work. He would go above and beyond for me all the time and take that extra mile to make sure it got done right away. He was very efficient and so incredibly knowledgeable. I was very lucky to have him as my lawyer in more than one case. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who truly needs help and can't always afford the expensive downtown lawyers.

Matthew did a great job dealing with a bunch of moving parts and a very uncooperative opposition. He is efficient, very knowledgeable, and can effectively move a case through the courts with as little pain as possible. He took care of most of my court dealings, so I didn't even need to be there unt...il trial. He isn't a dramatic person, which saves the client and himself time. He's very straight forward. If you need a lawyer, he's fantastic. If you need a lawyer/life counselor, I would still hire him, but use a separate counselor/friend/beautician/bartender to vent to. I had numerous people recommend him, and they were right! I will continue to use him.

I didn't know what to expect the Friday I stepped into the County Clerks Office to verify some legal documents, but Mr Dudley was aligned with stars. After leaving the Clerks office I headed over to a law firm that was recommended by a close friend and minutes upon myour arrival Mr Dudley was in rout...e. Mr Dudley acknowledge me and recognized that we were in the Clerks office together. The law firm that was visited highly recommended Mr Dudley and was properly introduced. Mr Dudley is so keen to details that my stack of paperwork didn't bother him and read what was necessary to understand my circumstances. He explained to me what my wife was attempting with regards to my kids and he made a phone call to my wife to accept the challenge. About 3 hours later in court, he embarrassed my wife's counsel and I was able to spend time with my kids over the weekend. I'm forever grateful for his assistance!! So now he decided to represent me and I'm at peace with his professionalism and dry sense of humor. Straight to the point and knowledgeable of his craft. I had been through a couple different attorneys before finding Matthew (Cuddly Duddly). Part of the reason is that our case involved more than one state. So I had a different attorney in the previous state. Then upon moving here I initially started out with a different attorney who wasn't sure how t...o handle the case. I found Matt and I couldn't be happier! I walked out of court like I won the lottery! He accomplished exactly what I wanted. He is tough, intelligent, witty, sarcastic and an expert in his field. Most importantly he is feared and revered by the opposing side. The best money I have ever spent. With my previous laywer I felt like I wasted 2k and wish I could have returned the services and gotten a refund like you return an item that doesn't work.
