If you're a woman, I'd highly encourage you to find another attorney. If you're a guy, and really want him for an attorney, sit down and swallow your pride and don't speak unless spoken to. I had Matthew before and said I'd never hire him again but unfortunately, was served and due to urgency of ti...me, i had to hire him again. He's worse than before. He's unprofessional. It takes him several days to answer a text, email or a call. He did not offer any advise to address the issues. He hangs up on you for no reason at all. He didn't let me know when the trial was and called me 5 minutes before trial and started asking me last minute questions, then hung up on me again for no reason and he lost the case. No one deserves to be treated by his arrogance. Good luck.

Matthew Dudley either thinks a lot about your case and how to win for you before he goes into the court room, or he is just exceptional at what he does. Make sure when you call him that you yourself are professional, listen carefully, answer his questions, and be crystal clear with what you'd like h...im to do for you. Mr. Dudley won for me, and has followed up with me about my case. He definitely deserves the good reviews on this site.

If you want a lawyer that has not care or concern towards your case hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer that has zero communication, hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who is unprepared for all court cases hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who in the end helps you loose your cour...t case, hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who responds to all your questions and inquires as if you are an annoyance and weeks later, go ahead and hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who hangs up on you and doesn't call you back during high conflict times of your divorce, hire Matthew Dudley. If you want a lawyer who doesn't tell you of court dates until the day before, go ahead and hire Matthew Duddley. He is has no social skills, communication skills, lawyer skills, or any humanity as far as I could tell. I should have just written a check to my ex-wife a year before the divorce was final just not to have to deal with my horrible lawyer, who was Matthew Duddley.

I was referred to Matthew from another attorney and a few friends when my EX hit me with a custody battle and my previous attorney had to withdraw since she was in another county. I am so lucky to have had him as an attorney, he helped me a lot by pointing out the facts and not getting caught up in a...ll the talk that was said. Matthew is AMAZING! I was referred to him by a co-worker, who's friend was using him. When I arrived at Matthew's office, I was broken, scared and physically sick. My ex was a bully. I didn't know how to break the cycle. Matthew's first words to me where "come in, she who doubts herself". He was dire...ct and honest. There was no sugar coating anything. He told me if I was out of line in things regarding my ex but backed me up when it was the right thing to do. Matthew does not tolerate bullies! He will do what is necessary for you and your child. He will fight for you and present your case TRUTHFULLY in court. Matthew is affordable. He will not charge you ridiculous fees. Full disclosure, if you imagine an attorney's office with fancy desks, a receptionist and water cooler....this is not the office. Matthew works in organized chaos and he remembers EVERYTHING. It's important to note that Matthew is one of the busiest divorce lawyers in town. He spends a good part of the week in court, so it can be difficult to reach him, but he will get back to you! I have grown quite fond of Matthew over the last 15 months. I wouldn't change a thing about having Matthew represent me. Now that my divorce is final, I am going to truly miss Mr. Dudley, aka Mr. Grinch.
