Matthew Dudley has represented me on and off in a parenting case over the past few years and I am so grateful for his help as there is no one else I’d rather have represent me! If anyone has anything negative to say about him, it’s because they were the ones going up against him and hate how powerles...s they are against him. My ex was even frustrated because he couldn’t find an attorney willing to take his case after the attorneys figured out they had to go up against Matthew. He also does not just tell you what you want to hear. He tells you like it is and there aren’t any surprises when it comes time to for your hearing. (Aside from the fact that I was totally stunned by how Matthew practically runs the show in the courtroom and is CLEARLY the most powerful voice.) My point is, that if you hire Matthew, you won’t be disappointed one bit. It also doesn’t hurt that his rates are more than likely the best you’ll find as well. Just don’t let you ex hire him before you do!

There is no better family law lawyer. My divorce was as nasty as they get. Contacting Matthew after a well trusted source referred me to him was the best decision I have ever made. I hired Matthew to represent me in a very difficult divorce. The opposing party was particularly uncooperative, and Matthew really had to tolerate a good bit of challenging behavior. Matthew is a lawyer, not a mental health counselor, and he practices law very capably. He didn't waste my time or reso...urces with unnecessary activities, though he did periodically check in with me by phone to ensure that I was "ok" during this process. He got me better results than I had even hoped for, protecting my assets and ensuring I was not encumbered by debts for which I was not responsible. Matthew is very much down to business and straight to the point, and he was respectful of my preference to not take advantage of, or bulldoze, the opposing party. I very much appreciate that Matthew is available outside of regular business hours, because his willingness to meet with me during evenings and weekends kept me from wasting a lot of vacation time at work. Matthew Dudley is a top notch lawyer, yes, he is hard to deal with, but that is because he knows his stuff. If you listen to him, and deal with busy schedule, he is well worth it. He was very hard on meat times, but when I was being cross examined it paid off. He is just preparing you for the courtro...om. He might be a bit of an ass sometimes, but that's because he knows what needs to be done, and if you don't do it it's frustrating, because he knows what you need to do. He won me everything, and for a good price!!
